1. form is when shapes reach the third dimension of depth and no longer flat they become forms.
2. i used a light source(star) and created 5 cubes and gave them a midtone, highlight and a fore shadow.

1. what I made was the gate from Jurassic park.
2. i used the pen tool to trace it out and added different shades of gray to give it that 3D form.
